Bookings
Birk How is available for holiday bookings on a Friday to Friday basis. The house will be available for you to occupy at 17.00pm and on your day of departure we ask that you vacate by 12.00am to allow for cleaning before the next guests arrive.
Tariffs vary on week by week basis depending upon seasonal demand. If you wish to book a second week this can be arranged at a discount. Please telephone for details. All bed linen, electric, gas and heating charges are included in the tariff.
Please note however that there is a weekly cleaning charge of £35 and this
will be added to your final invoice total. A 20% deposit is required on booking
with the final balance payable 8 weeks before arrival.
Birk How is a non smoking establishment. Dogs are very welcome but owners are asked to ensure that their pets do not sit on furniture or beds!
